The deal between Studio 100 and MoMedia will see the first run of Maya the Bee (78×12′) plus fellow CGI animations Heidi (39×22′) and Vic the Viking (78×12′) join the iTunes line-up.

Under the deal, MoMedia will also launch 16 apps for Studio 100’s animated children’s content, which will be available on Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Chromecast, Netgem and Huawei, as well as via the Android and iOS app stores.

Martin Krieger, head of global distribution at Studio 100, said the MoMedia pact “gives our preschool series a broad digital reach in the English-speaking territories.”
