Kindred Spirits arrive at Destination

Ghost hunters Adam Berry and Amy Bruni will host Kindred Spirits

Discovery-owned US cablenet Destination America has begun production on a show that explores the lives of families tormented by paranormal activity.

Kindred Spirits (working title), from US-based Paper Route Productions, will be hosted by ghost hunters Adam Berry and Amy Bruni and takes viewers into the homes of people claiming to be afflicted by ghosts.

Berry and Bruni got their start on Syfy series Ghost Hunters and have also appeared on Destination America’s Paranormal Lockdown, a second season of which is in production. The US network also airs fellow paranormal show Haunted Collector.

“Kindred Spirits takes paranormal investigation back to its roots with a simple mission of making contact with the other side but, first and foremost, helping people who are terrified and don’t know where else to turn,” said Jane Latman, general manager of Destination America.

“Over the years, Amy and Adam have built a kinship with each other and their fans that make them the best paranormal team to bring closure to these families and the perfect addition to our family here at Destination America.”
