Job Description:

Twofour Rights is the award winning in-house distribution arm of Twofour, representing the Twofour Group’s extensive catalogue of global programming within the international marketplace, with many hit shows such as This Time Next Year, The Hotel Inspector, Impossible Engineering and many more!
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to play a key role reporting to the Head of Commercial Affairs.  The successful candidate will manage the administration of various deal agreements and support the sales team in the pre and post-sales administrative processes for volume and non-volume deal agreements across the globe.
 
You will have substantial sales administration experience either within the TV distribution, broadcasting or media industry.  You will have excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills, great attention to detail and the ability to build great working relationships. 

MISSION (MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB):
To work within the Twofour Rights distribution arm of Twofour and manage the administration of various deal agreements.  To support the pre and post-sales administrative processes for volume and non-volume deal agreements across the globe.

DETAILED DUTIES:
  • To prepare accurate availability lists through our rights management system, Rights Tracker, ensuring that at every stage that list meet all contractual obligations.
  • To put together contract orders and ensure they are signed by clients and to enter these details into the Rights Tracker database.
  • To be primarily responsible for analysing, entering and maintaining the Twofour Rights Tracker database.
  • To collect rights information on an ongoing basis as required and quickly and accurately confirm rights and clearance dates.
  • To generally demonstrate a good knowledge of the sales effort and the broadcast market for all media.
  • To liaise with legal teams to ensure legal language meets with contractual requirements.
  • To prepare amendment requests as directed by the sales executives and enter as changed orders in Rights Tracker.
  • To collect territory and IP sales history and previous deal information for the sales team.
  • To work collaboratively with the Twofour Rights department across all levels in order to fulfil sales orders and contribute to the Rights division group targets.
  • To undertake other support activities for the team.

  • To make sure that data is recorded accurately.
  • To meet the group target.

Job Requirements:

COMPETENCIES (PERSON SPECIFICATION)
 
Education & Experience
  • Strong sales administration experience either within the TV distribution, broadcasting or media industry.

Knowledge
  • Knowledge and understanding of entering data into distribution databases e.g. Rights Tracker and NetSuite.
 
Specific Skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills in order to meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with legal contract templates and with some assistance be able to identify the key materials points.

Personal Attributes
  • Ability to form excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Highly organised.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Pro-active in the tasks set.
  • Can-do attitude and use of own initiative.
