Job Description:

We have a rare opportunity for a talented TV Sales Manager to join our bustling team. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of TV and Home Entertainment strategy agreed with the Head of International Sales. This will be done in close coordination with our Licensing and Merchandising division to maximise the exposure and commercial value of the eOne Family properties.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following territories: Central and Eastern Europe Countries, Russia, Middle East, Africa and Nordic Countries. Your focus will be the issuing of final contracts, invoicing, payments, material requests and delivery of materials in conjunction with Deliveries, Finance and Legal teams. You will compile vital information in terms of sales, broadcasting and ratings and generating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external reports. You will fulfil and enact the sales strategy as defined with the Head of International Sales and provide regular comprehensive status reports.
 
It goes without saying you will negotiate deals, and oversee all stages of the sales process (TV, HE in the territories and Inflight globally). You will work closely with the Licensing Team and Marketing Team to ensure a strategic approach to rolling out the Brands in each respective market.
 
We would expect you to maintain and renew existing business as well as developing new revenues and clients whilst maintain an excellent knowledge of eOne Family’s current and expanding catalogue for kids and family programming, and their brand facts.
 
Other general responsibilities will include maintaining and updating various databases and systems and managing our contractual processes, providing administrative support for internal and external meetings, including markets and festivals.

A committed and driven TV Sales Manager with proven experience within Kids/Family TV market. You will thrive on your ability to work under pressure to tight sales targets and deadlines. You will be a strategic thinker and a brand ambassador with a genuine interest within the Kids/Family sector. Exposure working with the following markets will be a distinct advantage: Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa and Nordics.
