Off the Fence (OTF) is currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join its Amsterdam office.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director of Sales & Co-productions, this position requires experience in TV & digital sales and entrepreneurial dynamism.
The main focus of the role will be to exceed turnover targets generated for the 300+ non-fiction producers, production companies and channels OTF represents, as well as to lead and empower a small team of passionate factual specialists. To achieve these goals, we are looking for a dedicated team player.
In addition to selling finished programmes, we have several sales output deals with prestigious international broadcasters, the rights to sell linear feeds, and an ambitious non-linear strategy for 2017.
OTF’s rights management system and website are brand new and distribution work-flows have been fine tuned accordingly, allowing sellers to focus on being in constant contact with clients. We encourage the team to visit their territories and to attend 32 markets where OTF is represented throughout the year.
The Amsterdam office is made up of a high ratio of expats, covering 13 different nationalities with a median age of 35. This creates an energetic, multicultural, and family atmosphere, which we value and nourish throughout the year with various team building events.
