ITV’s Leftfield promotes four

ITV-owned US production outfit Leftfield Entertainment has bolstered its senior management team with the promotion of four executives.

Leftfield has promoted head of talent Gretchen Palek to senior VP of talent and casting.

Meanwhile, executive producers Simon Thomas and Caroline Self have been made VP programming at Leftfield Pictures and at Sirens Media, respectively.

Genevieve Croteau has been upped to VP human resources at Sirens Media.

Palek, who joined Leftfield in 2014 and reports to CEO David George, will continue to work across all Leftfield Entertainment companies but will now oversee all talent and casting initiatives. Thomas also reports to George in this new role.

Self, who joined Sirens Media in 2009, will continue to report to Sirens exec VP of programming and development Lucilla D’Agostino, while operating out of the company’s New York office.

Earlier this month, ITV confirmed Leftfield Entertainment founder Brent Montgomery was taking over as CEO of ITV America, formerly ITV Studios US Group, as C21 reported exclusively.
