Insight TV promotes Maljaars

Ultra-high-definition (UHD) broadcaster Insight TV has promoted its global content strategy manager to director of content and channels.

Arun Maljaars will report to Insight CEO Rian Bester following the promotion. Former Zodiak Netherlands exec Maljaars joined the company in 2014.

Netherlands-based TERN launched the Insight TV network in 2015.

It features original UHD programming across genres, including documentaries, reality series and factual infotainment shows.
