Icflix expands in Tunisia

Middle Eastern and North African VoD service Icflix is expanding its footprint in Tunisia after signing a strategic deal with Orange Tunisie, a subsidiary of telco Orange Group.

Orange Tunisie customers will be able to subscribe to Icflix from this month and watch the service’s selection of Arabic movies and TV shows alongside Hollywood and Bollywood content.

The news comes just weeks after Icflix launched its second original Tunisian movie, WOH!, a comedy that follows a dysfunctional family whose matriarch loves her son to the point of enslaving the rest of the family.

Icflix will also offer movies Borders of Heaven, El Ziara and The Last Mirage on Orange Tunisie, as well as original cartoon series Dunia.
