Hulu to stream Zorro toon

Zorro will launch on Hulu this weekend

US streaming service Hulu has acquired the animated series Zorro: The Chronicles from French production and distribution firm Cyber Group Studios.

The 26×22′ series is due to launch on Hulu in the US on Saturday in both English and Spanish.

Written by Pierre Sissmann and Annabelle Perrichon, the action comedy is aimed at children aged six to 12.

It was produced by Cyber Group, in collaboration with John Gertz’s Zorro Productions International and Blue Spirit Studios in France and Canada, for for France Télévisions and Rai in Italy.

The series has also been sold to broadcasters including RTVE Clan in Spain, RTS in Switzerland, VRT and RTBF in Belgium, TV2 in Norway, YLE in Finland and SVT in Sweden.
