HITS turns up in Thailand

Fledgling entertainment firm Rewind Networks is preparing to expand the reach of its HITS network in Asia after agreeing a carriage deal with a Thai pay TV provider.

CTH will offer HITS to its subscribers from October 1. The channel will air classic TV content from CBS Studios, NBCUniversal and 20th Century Fox, including comedies Cheers and Seinfeld as well as US dramas such as Grey’s Anatomy, Law & Order and Star Trek – The Next Generation.

Thai viewers will be able to watch on-demand via CTH Everywhere and the standalone HITS TV app.

HITS launched last year on StarHub in Singapore and is also available on Indovision in Indonesia, Astro in Malaysia and SkyCable in the Philippines.
