Hirsh joins CineCoup board

NEWS BRIEF: DHX Media executive chairman Michael Hirsh has joined the board of Canadian independent film funding agency CineCoup.

The Nelvana Studios co-founder will join the newly-formed CineCoup board alongside founder and CEO J Joly and chief operating officer Brian Wideen. The appointment comes as the firm prepares to move into the US market and verticals such as television.
