Scott Feeley becomes senior VP of programming and development and will oversee both development and current programming, while continuing to exec produce High Noon shows with Jim Berger, the prodco’s CEO.

Feeley, who has been at High Noon since 2006 and previously served as VP of programming, has also been tasked with generating new character-driven documentary series and creating original formats for both US broadcast and cable networks, as well as managing High Noon’s development team.

His credits include Fixer Upper (HGTV), Cake Boss (TLC), Dr Dee: Alaska Vet (Animal Planet), Good Bones (HGTV) and Life at Vet U (Animal Planet).

Berger said: “It’s not uncommon to find Scott editing a pilot himself to achieve the perfect voice. His experience as a producer, writer and editor ideally positions Scott to overlook all creative.”

Meanwhile, Jon Khoshafian, previously senior director of creative and business affairs, has been named VP of creative and business affairs.

High Noon was founded in 1997 by former Liberty Media executive Berger and his partners Duke Hartman and Sonny Hutchison. ITV took a controlling stake in US reality TV producer High Noon Entertainment in 2013, paying US$26.5m.
