HBO Nordic, Turner team up for Toonix

HBO Nordic has partnered with Turner EMEA to launch a kids and family service called Toonix.

Created by Time Warner-owned Turner EMEA, Toonix will offer more than 2,000 episodes of kids’ series and movies from brands including Cartoon Network Studios and Warner Bros Animation.

Shows offered on the service include Lego Ninjago, Ben 10, The Moomins and live-action series such as Dance Academy.

Toonix will be available to all HBO Nordic consumers and via a selection of distribution partners in the Nordic region. The SVoD player is the first partner to launch Toonix as part of its service.

The ad-free service is offered in local languages for the region, including Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish.
