Global Agency catches Eye

Turkish sales house Global Agency has acquired international distribution rights to French dating format Eye Love You.

Gözüm Sende was renewed by ATV in Turkey

The format, created by French indie Effervescence, has already been optioned in the US by My Entertainment.

Eye Love You uses tiny cameras built into the contestants’ glasses, allowing the single person to explore the day-to-day life of prospective partners through their eyes. They do not get to see the suitor’s face until a choice has been made.

The Turkish version is currently airing on ATV under the title Gözüm Sende and was renewed recently for a second 10×90’ season.

Effervescence is known for its gameshows and currently produces Hold On To Your Seat and Slam, both of which are stripped daily in France on pubcasters France 2 and France 3 respectively.
