Two German broadcasters have commissioned ITV Studios’ local production company to produce versions of the formats May the Best House Win and Coach Trip.

Kabel Eins will air May The Best House Win (20×33′), a lifestyle gameshow format in which people compete to create the best home in terms of interior design, comfort and hospitality. The series will begin airing this month.

Meanwhile, RTL has greenlit a celebrity version of Coach Trip (6×60′), the 12 Yard Productions format that first began airing in the UK on Channel 4 in 2005.

The format sees a group of tourists thrown together on a holiday and remain on the bus for the duration of the trip or until they are voted off by their fellow contestants. The German version will be filmed in Italy.

Both series are distributed by ITV Studios Global Entertainment and will be produced by ITV Studios Germany.

ITV Studios Germany has previously produced adaptations of ITV Studios formats such as Four Weddings and Come Dine With Me, both of which aired on Vox in Germany.
