GBI targets Lat Am with Spiral

US children’s content firm Genius Brands International (GBI) has recruited Miami-based Spiral International to act as the company’s sales agent and distribute its content.

Spiral, a subsidiary of Etcetera Group, will now work on securing a place for GBI’s series on platforms in Latin America, led by director and veteran content distribution exec Zasha Robles.

GBI, which produces Thomas Edison’s Secret Lab among other series, recently tapped Small Screen Distribution to do the same in Asia.
