FXX preps Simpsons marathon

NEWS BRIEF: FXX, the channel spun off from US cablenet FX, will air every single episode of The Simpsons in chronological order from August 21 and make them available on-demand.

All 25 seasons of the animated sitcom, totalling 552 episodes, will air on FXX over a 12-day period next month. In October, all the episodes will be made available via SimpsonsWorld.com and the FXNOW app. FXX secured a landmark off-network distribution deal for the Fox series last year.
