FilmBox expands into Bulgaria

Bulgarian cable giant Sprint is to launch four TV channels from Poland-based SPI International’s FilmBox brand.

Sprint subscribers in Bulgaria will be able to access localised FilmBox HD and FilmBox Plus HD channels, containing movies such as Canadian thriller Chloe and Oscar-winning boxing drama The Fighter.

The Sprint HD package will also include FightBox HD, an international sports channel featuring live broadcasts of MMA and kickboxing events from across Europe.

Sprint subscribers will also get DocuBox HD, a documentary channel showcasing films about nature and human civilisation.
