Federation finds COO

France’s Federation Entertainment has appointed the former financial director of Zodiak France to the newly created position of chief operating officer (COO).

Benoît Lacombe has joined the production group to oversee its financial, legal and corporate affairs, covering all the group’s production and distribution activities.

The exec was financial director of the TV production subsidiaries of Lagardère Group from 2003 to 2010, before working at Zodiak Media until 2015. Most recently he was COO at Ubisoft Motion Pictures.

Federation Entertainment has 12 series in production, including the second season of Netflix’s first original series in France, Marseille.
