BBC lines up Adams doc

NEWS BRIEF: Belfast indie Below The Radar has won factual commissions from BBC Northern Ireland for a film about the life of Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams and a two-parter following two Irish families that move overseas.

Adams (1x60') promises to look "beyond the common preconceptions to reveal the man behind the headlines," while in No Place Like Home (2x30'), two families firmly rooted in their home town briefly move overseas to towns of the same name. Fergus Keeling and Ailsa Orr commissioned both titles for BBC Northern Ireland.
