Ex-Marvel exec goes green with trash

Former Marvel Animation president Eric Rollman has linked up with producers in the US and Canada to coproduce an eco-conscious live-action lifestyle series aimed at teens and tweens.

Viewers are encouraged and shown how to make use of discarded items found in and around the home in Trashionista (26×30′).

Each episode is comprised of a variety of rotating segments that centre around the idea of ‘eco-chic’ and DIY environmentally conscious projects that are supported with step-by-step, interactive demos.

The series has been created and developed by producers Susie Singer Carter and Don Priess at LA-based Go Girl Media, alongside Rollman, and is a coproduction between Rollman Entertainment, Go Girl Media and Brain Power Studio in Canada.

The project is now being pitched to international broadcasters.
