Transatlantic producer and distributor Entertainment One (eOne) has forged a first-look deal with Cleve Keller and Dave Noll, the creators of Food Network’s Chopped.

The unscripted deal will see the duo, under their Keller/Noll banner, working with eOne to develop and produce original unscripted programming.

Keller and Noll have been creating formats together exclusively since 2007, resulting in more than 1,300 episodes of TV around the world, according to eOne.

As well as Chopped, their credits include GSN gameshow Winsanity!, AMC’s FilmFakers and Movies 101, Bravo’s Rocco’s Dinner Party and HGTV’s Beat the House. The duo previously worked for Barry Diller’s production company Notional.

“Cleve and Dave have generated a legacy of successful, game-changing series which brilliantly translate around the world, and we are delighted to forge this relationship with them,” said Tara Long, exec VP of US alternative programming at eOne Television.

Keller and Noll added: “We create shows that are universal, format-able and global. eOne is recognised for its excellence both in the US and internationally and we are thrilled to unite with their amazing team.”

It’s the latest first-look deal for eOne, which has similar arrangements with Chris Deaux’s Two Fifteen West Entertainment, Kevin Healey and Riaz Patel, among others.

eOne Television’s alternative programming in the US is behind shows including Nellyville, It’s a Mann’s World and The Sheards for BET; Mary Mary for WE tv and David Spade’s comedy prank show Fameless for truTV.
