Eisner joins IAC board

NEWS BRIEF: Former Disney boss Michael Eisner has joined the board of internet entrepreneur Barry Diller’s IAC.

Eisner once worked for Diller when the US studio veterans were together at Paramount and both have gone on to invest in digital entertainment – Eisner with Tornante and Vuguru, and Diller in a string of ventures including Vimeo, Ask.com, Notional and Electus.
