The event, which takes place between November 29 and December 1, will see Bernth discuss, among other topics, her unique approach to developing drama at DR Fiction, where she has served as head of drama since 2012.

The pubcaster has been responsible for some of the most acclaimed series in the ‘golden age’ of European drama, bringing shows such as The Killing, Borgen and The Bridge to the screen.

Bernth, a well-known advocate of writers, creative talent and story, has been with the network since 1986, when she joined as a director, and previously worked in theatre.

As well as producing the internationally acclaimed The Killing for seasons one to three, she was the executive producer on The Bridge, produced by Nimbus Film for DR, and produced the iEmmy award-winning series Nikolaj and Julie. Recent productions at DR Fiction include Borgen, The Legacy and Follow the Money.
