DLO Magnolia takes Tanin trio

Tanin’s shopping gameshow Shop or Ship

Banijay-owned Spanish production outfit DLO Magnolia has picked up local adaptation rights to three formats from Israeli producer Tanin Productions.

Shop or Ship was created by Gili Golan, Tanin’s CEO, and producer Tal Ela. It is a shopping gameshow set in a real shopping centre which challenges people to risk their own shopping items to win bigger prizes.

Factual entertainment show Thank You was created by Gili Golan and Sarel Piterman and gives celebrities the chance to thank a person who has helped them in the past.

The third format sold to DLO is Full Tank, a daily factual entertainment competition in which participants must plan their best day trip.

Other formats in the Tanin stable include Money Pump, Upgrade, MTV Chat House and Wrong Numbers, which has been sold into more than 55 territories around the world.

In May, the company revealed to C21 it would be widening its offering by breaking into drama.
