Disney renews Roadster, Lion Guard

NEWS BRIEF: Disney Junior in the US has ordered second and third seasons of animated series Mickey & the Roadster Racers and The Lion Guard respectively, from Disney Television Animation.

Nancy Kanter, executive VP, content and creative strategy at Disney Channels Worldwide and general manager of Disney Junior Worldwide, said the shows “uniquely embody Disney Junior’s goal of delivering inspired storytelling with humour and heart.”
