Disney goes back in time with Xilam

MIPJUNIOR: Disney Channel has acquired the French animated series Welcome to the Ronks (52×13′) for its feeds across the EMEA region, Australasia and Asia.

Produced by Paris-based Xilam Animation, the comedy toon is aimed at kids aged 6-11 and follows an alien sent back in time to the prehistoric world in order to speed up the evolution process.

Welcome to the Ronks was among a number of shows on the Xilam’s development slate at MipJunior last year.
