Discovery Channel in Canada has picked up a 4K documentary about 12th century Cambodian city Angkor Wat from Australia’s Flame Distribution.

Ancient Angkor (1×52′) explores the ‘lost city of temples’ and discovers how its secrets are being revealed by new scientific applications.

Meanwhile, Discovery Asia has acquired Railroad Australia, from Aussie prodco Prospero Productions, while Canadian series Restoration Garage, from Pixcom Productions, has been picked up by Australian digital channel 7Mate.

Elsewhere, Singapore’s Mediacorp has taken Nigel Latta Blows Stuff Up and Is Sugar the New Fat?, fronted by New Zealand psychologist and scientist Nigel Latta and produced by Razor Films.

Australia’s Foxtel Lifestyle Food Channel has picked up a third season of Saturday Kitchen, produced by Cactus TV in the UK, while Israel’s Ananey Channels will air Run For Your Life, Before I Kick the Bucket and How to Live to 100, all from Welsh indie Wales and Co Media.
