Discovery tells Untold Stories in Spain

Untold Stories of the ER is bound for Discovery channels in Spain and Andorra

Discovery Networks International has picked up a factual medical show from US distributor GRB Entertainment and renewed an existing GRB title.

Discovery has acquired all 12 seasons of Untold Stories of the ER for its channels in Spain and Andorra, plus 12 themed specials.

In Italy, the broadcaster has picked up the current 12th season in the Untold collection, as well as taking season six to the UK.

Discovery has also renewed all three seasons of Auction Kings for French-speaking territories, including France, Luxembourg and Africa.

Auction Kings centres on the Atlanta auction business

Untold Stories of the ER features intense real stories demonstrating the true dramatic nature of medicine practiced under pressure.

Atlanta-set Auction Kings showcases auctioneer Paul Brown as he deals with an eclectic mix of clients who bring their treasures to sell to the highest bidder.

The deals were announced by Michael Lolato, senior VP of international distribution at GRB Entertainment.
