Discovery Lat Am takes Cineflix titles

Discovery Networks Latin America has picked up a raft of programming from distributor Cineflix Rights ahead of Natpe in Miami.

The broadcaster has taken more than 170 hours of content from the UK-based sales house including Cineflix Productions’ series Property Brothers (seasons three and four, 52×60’) and the second season of Buying & Selling (26×60’) which both feature property expert twins Drew and Jonathan Scott.

Deals have also been struck for content from other production companies who sell their content through Cineflix – season six of Unusual Suspects (13×60’) from LMNO Productions is included.

In addition, sales have also been secured with US Hispanic network Discovery Familia for Mayday: Air Disaster seasons one, two and seven from Cineflix Productions.

The recently restructured distributor will be premiering a slate of new titles at Natpe at the end of the month, including scripted series Secrets & Lies (6×60’, Hoodlum), 1000 Days For The Planet (10×60’, Glacialis Productions), the sixth season of LMNO Productions’ Little Couple (20×30′), and season 14 of Cineflix Productions’ Mayday: Air Disaster (10×60′).
