Discovery Canada finds Tech Hunters

Discovery in Canada has commissioned an original series from local production group Boat Rocker Studios based on nostalgia-inspiring technological hardware.

Vintage Tech Hunters (14×30’) is produced by Boat Rocker-owned Crooked Horse Productions.

Executive Producers for Boat Rocker are Ivan Schneeberg and David Fortier alongside David Lerech and Bree Tiffin from Crooked Horse. Boat Rocker Rights is the international distributor.

The series sees collectors Shaun Hatton and Bohus Blahut scour Canada and the US for rare and nostalgic technological treasures such as an original Nintendo Game Boy.

Filming is currently taking place in cities including Toronto, Ottawa, Niagara, LA, Dallas and Chicago.
