Comarex names president

Mexican distributor Comarex has named veteran executive Marcel Vinay Sr as its new president.

Vinay Sr joins the company this week and will oversee all global sales activities.

The exec has held a number of senior roles during his 50-year career and was most recently VP of international sales at Mexico’s TV Azteca.

He will now work with his son, Marcel Vinay Jr, who is Comarex’s CEO. Comarex is the global distributor of TV Azteca’s programming.
