CBS captures Dogs in the City

US network CBS has commissioned a reality series about a New York dog behaviour expert.

Dogs in the City, from Raquel Productions, Shed Media and Carol Mendelsohn Productions, will premiere on May 30 and air on Wednesdays at 20.00.

The series focuses on behaviourist and comedian Justin Silver, who prides himself on resolving problems between dogs and their owners, no matter whose behaviour is at fault.

Stories in the series include a couple who want to move in together but the woman is scared of her partner’s dog, and an animal having trouble settling in a joint custody arrangement after his owners split up.

Julie Weitz, Carol Mendelsohn, Jen O’Connell and Nick Emmerson are the executive producers.
