Content Academy launches formats training

 

C21’s Content Academy has launched its first three courses, focused on delivering entry- and advanced-level training for the formats business and an Introduction To Television module for new entrants to the business.

FORMATS 360 is a three-day workshop and conference dedicated to providing formats professionals with a total immersion event that helps them take their global formats business to the next level. It provides a deep dive into the creative and commercial imperatives of developing winning formats for the global audience. Leading experts spend time developing approach and strategy with specific focus on the formats brought to the course. It takes place alongside Content London between November 28 and 30 and includes a pass to C21’s Unscripted Entertainment Forum. For more information on this course CLICK HERE.

FORMATS 101 is an entry-level one-day training course designed for those aiming to take their first steps in formats or familiarise themselves with how the international formats business works, from a creative-to-commercial perspective. The course provides perspective on how to approach development, finance, sales and distribution of formats. It is designed to offer those new to formats, or considering developing a formats strategy, a solid introduction to the business. It takes place on November 27 at Kings Place in London. For more information on this course CLICK HERE.

INTRODUCTION TO TELEVISION is the first module to be launched as part of the CONTENT BUSINESS FOUNDATION COURSE, which will build to provide students with a comprehensive grounding in international entertainment business. It is aimed at those who need a comprehensive introduction to working in the television business. This includes new staff joining production, broadcast or distribution businesses as well as graduates. The course is initially available on either January 28, 2019 or March 4, 2019 at Kings Place in London. For more information on this course CLICK HERE.
