Brogi becomes president of global distribution for the division and will now oversee worldwide distribution of Twentieth Century Fox television series and feature films across all media and platforms.

She has been with the studio since 1999, most recently as executive VP of worldwide pay TV and SVoD, a role that saw her develop the company’s global television distribution operations.

TCFTD president Mark Kaner has worked with Brogi to set up the new structure, which will unify licensing efforts across pay, basic and free TV and SVoD.

The reshuffle will also see sales organisation aligned around three major regions – the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Three long-serving TCFTD execs have been promoted to lead the three regional teams. Evan Scheffel becomes executive VP of television distribution for the Americas, with Kristen Finney and Richard Samuels taking the same title for EMEA and Asia Pacific respectively.

Each will report directly to Brogi, who will be based at the company’s LA headquarters and will continue to report to Kaner.

The changes follow the announcement that Marion Edwards, president of international television, is to leave the firm at the end of 2016 after 24 years.

Brogi said: “TCFTD has been my home for over 17 years and I’m both humbled and excited to begin this next chapter with Mark as we move our organisation forward in this ever-evolving global television distribution landscape.

“As part of our long-term planning and with the progression of our industry in mind, we have decided to restructure our organisation to better capitalise on our business.”
