Bridezillas returns to rampage on WEtv

US cablenet WEtv is bringing back a wedding-based reality show that last aired in 2013.

The original Bridezillas ended after 10 seasons

Bridezillas launched on WEtv in 2004 and follows the lives of engaged women as they prepare for their wedding days.

The original show, produced by UK prodco September Films, ended after 10 seasons and was followed by spin-off show Marriage Boot Camp.

The rebooted version (10×60′) will air in 2018 and is being exec produced by Laura Halperin, Kate Farrell, Lauren Gellert and Angela Molloy.

It is the latest reality series to return to screens after an extended absence following shows such as MTV’s My Super Sweet Sixteen and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, which first aired on Bravo and is returning via Netflix.
