Brazilian drama settles in Africa

NEWS BRIEF: Mozambique broadcaster Soico has picked up another telenovela from Brazilian distributor TV Globo International.

Soico will air Side By Side, a drama about the daughter of an ex-slave, later this year, according to the distribution arm of Brazilian broadcaster Globo. The African channel acquired Trail of Lies from Globo earlier this year.
