Brazil embraces Curvy Supermodel

A broadcaster in Brazil has acquired remake rights to Armoza Formats’ reality competition featuring plus-size fashion models.

SBT in Brazil has licensed Armoza’s Curvy Supermodel

SBT will air a 10-part primetime version of Curvy Supermodel, which is described as a “down-to-earth” alternative to the usual modelling-focused shows.

The modelling competition will also return for a second season on Germany’s RTL2, to be produced again by Tresor TV.

This version was licensed in Spain recently by Mediaset, while FremantleMedia France, Tuvalu Media in the Netherlands and Polish production group Rochstar have also bought local remake rights.
