Braun, Cyber Group launch Rock Angels

MIP JUNIOR: Scooter Braun’s media outfit SB Projects has linked up with France’s Cyber Group Studios to codevelop an animated music series.

Rock Angels (26×22′) will follow five members of a teen band aged 12 to 15 as they tour the world in an attempt to become a global force.

The CGI show will be produced with Braun’s record label School Boy Records, which will create music for the series, while Cyber Group will be in charge of animation.

The series, targeting 6-12’s, has been co-written by chairman and CEO of Cyber Group Pierre Sissmann, Braun and Mike de Seve from Baboon Animation, who will also story edit the series.

The songs featured in each episode will be filmed as music videos while other digital content includes Facebook and Twitter accounts from characters.

Braun is known for managing a host of high profile music acts in the US, including Justin Bieber.
