Boomerang lands on Amazon

Scooby Doo is among the shows on offer from Boomerang

Turner-owned kids’ channel Boomerang has agreed a deal with Amazon to offer its streaming service on Amazon Channels.

Amazon Prime Video members can now add Boomerang to their subscription for £3.74 (US$4.99) per month.

Boomerang is premium video streamer for families, kids and animation fans featuring an animation library and new original series.

It offers shows from Hanna-Barbera, Looney Tunes and MGM including Scooby-Doo, Tom & Jerry, Bugs Bunny, The Flintstones and The Jetsons.

Last week saw the launch of a new SVoD service from DVD distributor Arrow Films, which has also been added to Amazon.
