In his new role, Kelly-Clyne will oversee the company’s scripted and unscripted projects across networks and platforms including IFC, Freeform, Facebook, Comedy Central, Disney Channel and truTV.

He joined the Electus-owned firm from comedy site CollegeHumor as director of development and executive producer, helping the company double its original programming slate across digital and linear platforms and helming series including Facebook Watch’s I Want My Phone Back. He also served as executive producer and showrunner on sketch comedy series Hot Date for Pop.

Drew Buckley, Electus’s chief operating officer, said Kelly-Clyne’s creative vision was a “real asset” to the prodco.

“Luke has been integral in expanding and diversifying Big Breakfast’s slate – everything from scripted comedies and sketch series to new gameshow formats and other unscripted programming – while forging partnerships with respected names in comedy and other genres,” he added.
