Part of Beta Film CEO Jan Mojto’s corporate group, Ariane Krampe Filmproduktion will be headquartered in Gruenwald, near Munich, and will develop premium films and series for the German and international television markets.

Krampe, a co-founder of teamWorx with Nico Hofmann and Wolf Bauer, is one of the most experienced producers in Germany, with a career spanning 20 years.

At teamWorx, Krampe produced four series, two feature films and nearly 70 TV movies for public and commercial broadcasters, including the kidnapping drama Dance with the Devil, Munich ’72 and a biography of Second World War general Erwin Rommel.

Most recently, Krampe has been deputy CEO of Cologne-based Zeitsprung, where she worked on the series Der Fall Barschel, Unsichtbare Jahre and Begierde: Mord im Zeichen des Zen.

“I’ve known Ariane Krampe since our first project, The Tunnel, over 15 years ago. I greatly respect her achievements and admire her profound humanity. We are connected by a long mutual path with many projects and ideas,” said Mojto.
