BBC seeks another Best Home Cook

Keo Films’ cookery competition Britain’s Best Home Cook

UK pubcaster the BBC has renewed cookery competition series Britain’s Best Home Cook from local prodco Keo Films.

The eight-part second run, guided by culinary doyenne Mary Berry, chef Dan Doherty, produce expert Chris Bavin and presenter Claudia Winkleman, sees everyday cooks showcase recipes that have been passed down through generations, and those they share with family and friends.

It was commissioned for the BBC by Charlotte Moore, director of BBC Content, and David Brindley, head of commissioning, popular factual and factual entertainment. The series will be exec produced by Keo’s chief creative officer Andrew Palmer.
