Assistants get Oxygen airing

NBCUniversal-owned US cablenet Oxygen Media has ordered a docuseries about the lives of assistants who work for major US bosses.

Like a Boss, from Evolution Media and NCredible Entertainment, follows four assistants as they look to emulate the success of their respective bosses.

The show explores the lives of assistants to real-estate agent Blair Myers, radio personality Big Tigger and music executive Abou Thiam, among others, following them as they balance their personal and professional lives. It will debut at 21.00 on January 19.
