Armoza grows sales team

Israel’s Armoza Formats is expanding its sales division through an appointment and a promotion.

Sharon Levi is stepping up to head of sales while Louise Melzack is joining as a sales executive for Asia.

The I Can Do That and Still Standing creator and distributor is promoting Levi to oversee sales in North America and the UK.

She joined the company in 2013 as sales executive for English-speaking territories and Asia and led deals including the sale of Hostages to the BBC. The show became the first Hebrew-speaking drama to be broadcast on the UK pubcaster.

Melzack will take over the Asia sales executive role from February after moving from London.
