Armoza goes Green in Canada

The Green Project

Canadian production company 1R2D has picked up a comedy sketch format from Israel’s Armoza Formats.

The Green Project first aired on Hot’s Comedy Central cable channel in Israel and uses green-screen technology to enable comedians to perform sketches anywhere and at any time.

The cast head to the studio with only a prop closet and a green screen at their disposal, with the challenge of creating and performing sketches against endless backdrops.

The format recently aired on China’s Hunan TV and has previously been sold to Lithuanian channel BTV.
