Canada’s fledgling Lifetime channel has added a slew of hit series and television movies from the US to its New Year slate.
Lifetime was launched in Canada by A+E Networks last year and is now ramping up its content as we move into 2013.
Teen Trouble (8x60′) from RelativityReal’s Ellen Rakieten Entertainment and lingerie shop obdoc Double Divas from NorthSouth Productions will premiere in Canada on January 9 and 15 at 22.00 respectively.
The channel is also preparing the Canadian premieres of three original Lifetime movies: An Amish Murder, on Saturday January 12; Prosecuting Casey Anthony, on Saturday January 19; and Stalked at 17, on Saturday January 26. All three will air at 20.00 ET and 17.00 PT.
In addition, the second seasons of Project Runway and America’s Supernanny: Family Lockdown and the third season of Dance Moms will all premiere within the next week.
