Ragdoll Worldwide, the firm behind Teletubbies and In the Night Garden, has appointed a former RDF Media exec to the newly created position of commercial director.
In his new role, Stephen Gould will oversee, manage and exploit Ragdoll programming worldwide, based out of Pinewood Studios in the UK. Other titles on the Ragdoll slate include Dipdap and The Adventures of Abney & Teal. Gould reports to Ragdoll Worldwide CEO Mark Hollingsworth.
As well as a stint consulting for RDF (now Zodiak Media Group), Gould previously worked at licensing consultancy Bear Conran, 4Kids Entertainment International and Active Licensing Europe (formerly Saban Consumer Products).
