Rekha Shah has left CCI Entertainment for a new post as the Canadian director of sales for CBS Studios International.

Shah, who earlier this year was promoted to VP of distribution and coproduction at CCI, will now handle CBS sales to specialty channels in English and French Canada. She will also manage VoD deals.
“With over 15 years in the business, Rekha is well known within our community as a quality sales person,” said Doug Smith, VP and general sales manager, Canada for CBS. “Her experience in production and sales has resulted in strong relationships within the Canadian media community.”
Before CCI Shah held a senior sales post at Alliance Atlantis.
