YTV in Canada has ordered a treasure hunt series based on the popular outdoor activity ‘geocaching’ from 9 Story Entertainment.
Cache Craze is a 10x60′ competition show, now shooting in Toronto, which sees teams search for treasure – hidden by another player – with the help of a GPS device. It is set to air in the spring.
“Geocaching has captivated adventure enthusiasts from around the world and is perfect for engaging teen and family audiences,” said 9 Story president and CEO Vince Commisso.
